Score Release Changes
Under the new exam, Wave 1 & Wave 2 score release terminology is a thing of the past. The AICPA plans on making improvements to their score release system and for starters there will be no "Wave 1 and Wave 2". Things are going to be different...check back here for updates and important score release information.
Wave 1 Cutoff Date
In the past, there was a Wave 1 cutoff date of "the 7th of the 2nd month". Once again, with no Wave 1 or 2, there is no Wave 1 cutoff. The window ends with the last testing day of the 2nd month.
Score Release Timing
Per the AICPA, scores for the Jan/Feb window will be released during the "Blackout Month" (i.e. March).

So when will scores come out in March? Good question. Working with previous releases, scores will most likely start coming out mid-March. Information will be posted here as it becomes available, but start looking for updates from @cpaexamtweets starting in March.
Early Bird States
In the past, within 24 hours of AICPA release notification, a few "early bird states" (CA, VA, IL and sometimes a couple others...) released their scores. Under the new score release system, we will have to see what happens in the early bird state department.
NASBA States and NASBA Score Release Rollout
For "NASBA States", it generally takes NASBA 24-48 business hours* to get the scores posted to their CPAES system. Once NASBA releases scores (around 10pm EST), several states (the NASBA States|list) will be released all at once. Several other states will release during this time as well, most via their own BOA site or via e-mail. The "snail mail states" follow to wrap up the Score Release Wave.
* In December NASBA tweeted about changes to their score release process. here are the specifics from NASBA
Passing Score Change
During the last half of 2010, there was some discussion from the AICPA that the passing score may be revised under CBT-e. In January 2011, the AICPA settled on keeping the passing score at 75.

Score Release Order
There is no official score release order, but based on past history, the order appears to go BEC, REG, AUD & FAR. REG, AUD & FAR seem to switch around a bit.
