I started today to watch the Yaeger videos and I'm trying to do exactly what Mr. Yaeger told me to do in the introduction video: to follow their instructions. But I am a little confused and I want to be completely clear in order to take the most advantage of my studying time.

In the introduction video he suggested an estimated time of 4 hours per lesson. Now, what's a lesson?? For example, today I watched the first two parts of CD No. 1 (9a). Is 9a the whole lesson, or are the parts that I watched today two lessons apart for which I will have to dedicate an extra 8 hours of study??

I'll appreciate any advice on this matter. Thank you!!!
